• Obtain a “Truth in Lending” letter explaining the costs of borrowing money

3. Time To House Hunt!

With your specifications in mind, Kim will use her resources to scout the market. When she finds houses that meet your criteria, it’s time to tour!

4. Prepare An Offer

Once you have found the home of your dreams, Kim will help you determine an appropriate offer price by reviewing market trends and similar home sales.

5. Apply For A Loan

Give your loan office a copy of the contract and apply for the loan!

6. Inspect the property

Select an inspector and arrange for an inspection. Depending on the property, environmental assessments and location, Kim can also select an inspector and arrange an inspection.

7. Get The Property Appraised & Surveyed

The lender and title company will make arrangements for the property appraisal and
• Buyer will be provided a copy of the Title Commitment Letter
• Buyer will make arrangements for home owner’s (hazard) insurance, and arrange for the insurance agent to talk with the closing officer at the title company

8. Arrange Closing Day

Once you’ve received your copy of the closing statement, done a final walk-through of the property, you’ll be ready to close with the title company! Prepare your cashiers check now!

9. Closing Day

On the closing day you will sign all documents. The seller will be paid and buyers will receive the keys.
